Hi Rose,
Broadway was the worst area. From the parkway down past St Anthony's Church. No deaths-- no one seriously hurt. Just a mess!!! Barbara

HI ROSE,
I HAD MINIMAL DAMAGE HERE. MY DAUGHTER ANDREA AND I TOOK A WALK DOWN TO BROADWAY AND TOOK PICTURES. THE TORNADO STARTED AT CHELSEA CREEK AND THEN CAME RIGHT DOWN BROADWAY. IT DID ALOT OF DAMAGE BUT THANK GOD NO CASUALTIES. IT ENDED ON THE LYNN MARSH ROAD. I WILL SEND SOME PICS FOR YOU TO SEE! Paula Taylor
Rose,
In Conn. we had 85 mph winds and torrential rain but it didnt last long. However, 5000 people lost
power and some trees came down....not much damage n our complex thankfully. A definite rare instance.
The only picture I recognized was Broadway near the fire station. Since tornadoes are very rare on coastlines I wonder if was just a severe windstorm like we had here. Sal Carmosino
