    Veterans are worth remembering
    year round, but at least they have two days, Memorial Day and Veterans
    Day to honor them. This day makes our family remember my wife s father who was at Pearl Harbor on
    Dec 7, 1941, and survived.
    My uncle was in the Normandy Invasion on D Day on Jun6, 1944 and
    my other uncle was a radio man
    in Iran relaying key messages back to England...secretly.
    God bless them and their contributions to our country.

    Here in good old Revere we have our own channel 8.
    We had pictures of 80% of the people whe use to live in Revere.
    The music was beautiful and it makes you cry because you knew most of the people who were in all these wars.

    we should all take pause to remember what this day really means. It is sad that so many just see it as a day off. To all of the Veterans in the class of
