In the News today: Sully!

HERO of the Hudson, C.B. "Sully" Sullenberger III, is a former fighter pilot, 29-year veteran of US Airways.

Capt. Sullenberger, 57, won praise from passengers and their loved ones for his cool-headed heroism acting upon quick decision on the Hudson River.

He not only saved the 155 passengers on US Airways flight 1549, he spared New York City widespread by steering the doomed aircraft away from densely populated Manhattan.

God surely was with Sully, his crew and passengers that day! A blogger friend of mine found this great graphic!

  3. Thatwas a awesome landing. Those people were definitely being watched over. I know the news reports stated the passengers started praying when they found out their flight wasn't going well.
