More Sad News from our Class President, John Henry.



Rose- I am sad to report another passing of a classmate. William Polsonetti passed away this past weekend.  Funeral arrangements are incomplete.  It is my understanding that funeral services will be at the Rocco Funeral Home, Everett, Massachusetts.

Revised information relative to Bill Polsonetti’s funeral arrangements: Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main Street, Medford, Ma.  Visiting hours Wednesdays, Jan 27th 4 to 8pm, Funeral Mass Thursday ,at 11 am St Clement Church 71 Warner St. Medford.

    So sad to hear of the passing of William Polsonetti.

    He used to chat with me on Facebook. I feel so bad.

    Dear Rose: I am so sorry to hear this. Bill was a wonderful guy with a great sense of humor. Because of you, I got in touch with him and we emailed from time to time. My condolences to his family, Joe

    I just updated our Memoriam Page that Sal Carmosino put together for us last May.

    So look on the sidebar of the Lantern in the "Archive" section and I believe the date is May 21, 2009 to view all the classmates we have lost. So sad.

    I'll try again to post this. . . I also would like to express my sadness and shock on hearing about Billy's death. I had recently corresponded with him via e-mail and it was fun to reconnect with him after so many years. And we had another connection in that my cousin Paul was working with him, so I'd frequently hear his name mentioned at family gatherings. I'll always remember his wit, sense of humor and cute smile. What a shame. . . another of our dear classmates gone.
